UUL demonstrated a high level of technical competence throughout the project and proved to be well-resourced, technically innovative and professional to deal with. UUL’s competence and ability to achieve cost-efficient installation in the poor soil conditions encountered resulted in Fulton Hogan extending the quantity of directional drilling beyond the original scope of works, to include areas scheduled for installation by open cut.
